Please note our clinic is closed every 4th Tuesday of the month between 1:30pm and 4:30pm for staff training.

Appointments
iCaSH offers either a telephone consultation or a face-to-face appointment as appropriate to your needs.
If you do not have any sexual health symptoms and would like routine screening for sexually transmitted infections, please order a free kit online to complete the test. It's confidential and easy to use.
If you are unable to order a kit online, or have any sexual health symptoms, please contact us on 0300 300 3030 option 2 during our opening times.
Cancelling an appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please either text 07912487960 (text only) with your date of birth and the date of your appointment. Or call 0300 300 3030 option 2.
Book your appointment online
Online booking is now available for some symptomatic and contraception appointments.
If you have not used this system before, you will be directed to register for an account. If there are no appointment times showing, please try again the following day or call us on 0300 300 3030 to book an appointment with our team.
This user area will keep a record of future appointments as well as signposting for key issues. As a means of maintaining confidentiality, all patients will be seen on their own for the initial part of their consultation.
